M.A.S.H.

Klinger: "Something troubling you Hawkeye?"

Hawkeye: "Well, I didn't want to say anything..."

Klinger: "What's going on old buddy?"

Hawkeye: "I'm a little disturbed by something. You see, the Korean War only lasted three years."

Klinger: "And?"

Hawkeye: "Klinger, we've been here for 11 years."

Klinger: "You know I thought this tour was a bit long."

Hawkeye: "Where do all these wounded people keep coming from?"

Klinger: "I don't know, but that laugh track is scaring the shit out of me."

Maybe the Kim Jong Il kept forcing the soldiers to fight, to keep the show on the air, because the govt. wanted free publicity. Never mind that it was really old publicity. Come on, they had there roots in the Stalin era, cut 'em some slack!

See, there's really something to be said for watching entirely too much television. Look at all the good you're putting out there in the world.

Now. If we could just find a way to combine our efforts, we'd be unstoppable. Imagine: Pantsless television watching.

Never mind, I just remembered I do that already. As you were.

Good point. Maybe thats why MASH stayed on the air so long, because they had people believing the war was going on for 11 years or they liked watching Clinger in drag?

Seriously, I hope you're considering my idea of a tv-spoof quotes blog. I want a 50% cut.

Possibly a lot of Americans thought the Korean war DID go for 11 yrs, as their only source of knowledge was the Korean war.

I'm not American, but I did. Hey, I was an easily influenced kid and watched every episode...

I loved MASH, the theme song brings me back to TV dinners and the show that played next, Carol Burnette. Thanks for that brilliant flashback, sort of. LOL

Another brilliant posting.

Cat, I rarely have pants on when I'm watching tv. It's a personal choice. *snickers*

Ooh and I like Socks's idea!!!
